3. Weekly, high season (1 Feb – 31 May);
3.1 Stay 7 days = 10,000 per night.
3.2 Stay 8-14 days = 8,500 per night
3.3 Stay 15-30 days = 7,000 per night

4. Weekly, peak season (1 Dec-31 Jan);
4.1 Stay 7 days = 12,000 per night.
4.2 Stay 8-14 days = 10,500 per night
4.3 Stay 15-30 days = 9,000 per night

6. Monthly;
6.1 Low season (1 June-31 Oct); Stay 1-6 months = 140,000 per month
6.2 High season (1Nov.-30 Nov. & 1 Feb.-31 May); Stay 1-6 months = 150,000 per months
6.3 Peak season (1 Dec-31 Jan); Stay 1-6 months = 160,000 per months
