Rental rate per day;
Low Season, 1 May-30 Nov, 750 USD
High Season, 16 Jan- 30 April/ 1 Dec- 14 Dec, 1,150 USD
Peak, 15 Dec- 15 Jan, 1,750 USD
Payment and cancellation conditional
- 30% deposit on reserve the Villa.
- Balance due 1 month prior to the booking.
- Failure to pay balance voids reservation deposit.
- On short notice(less than 1 month) 100% of the booking transferred prior to stay.
- In extreme short notice (day before) 100% paid on arrival.
- No refund if within 1 month of month of booking, and we try to reschedule bookings and deposits rather than refund.
- Security deposit 20,000 baht upon arrival. We return back if nothing damage upon departure.
