Property Description

The property is located in the Famous area of Nai Harn Beach, Phuket. The lot size is 920 sqm, the space is 240 sqm plus the covered area and the sala with another approx. 90 sqm. the villa has a main house with kitchen and dining area and followed by the actual living area. This building is among other reasons of air circulation 6.50 m high.

The second house is a two-storey; it called “the sleeping house”. It contains very close to the pool two guest rooms with separate bathrooms. The larger bedroom is upstairs with spacious dressing room and large shower area. So, total will be 3 bedrooms. All bedrooms have king size beds (2mx2m) and have private bathroom with shower in high quality marble and granite finish. All room has air-cons.

Both building are group around pool. The sala is surrounded by big waterfall and a small water fall. The pool has a built in Jacuzzi. A covered carport with storage room and utility room with washing machine etc is also available. At the main entrance as well as at the sala (pavilion) small fish ponds have been created.

There will be a 24 hours security system. Furthermore both houses have an own separate alarm system. Maid service comes once a week for all day. One of the guest rooms offer a small office with high speed broadband internet access with integrated Wi-Fi. A Desktop PC with a wide screen monitor is available. The property is provided cable TV, three television sets that are equipped with a DVD player are available. Furthermore, a large collection of sets that are equipped with DVD movies is free (about 600 films).
