Conceived for making the most of the tropical climate, the villas have broad wooden sundecks around the 5mx7-metre swimming pool, plus sun loungers and deck chairs around the pool.

Bedroom, The master bathroom is equipped with a shower and bathtub. Each bedroom and en-suite shower. All bathrooms have hot and cold water.

Rental rate for September till end of October is 70,000 THB a month.

Rental including, Cleaner at two times a week can be included.
Electric and and water 8 bath per meter. we can know when it check out ( we need security deposit 10% THB )

Rental Conditions,
30% Deposit required upon booking by bank transfer (non refundable) or cash .
70% remaining rental payable 2 weeks in advance of check-in date by bank transfer or cash .
A security deposit of 10% of the total rental must be paid in advance to cover any damage to the villa.

(The security deposit will be reimbursed after departure upon verification of the villa).
